What's next? We are currently implementing  various targeted voice to text and voice command features available now.

This feature only works with Chrome and Edge browsers on desktop or mobile devices. It is untested on Safari for iOS but should work if permissions are set.

Chrome & Edge browsers may ask permission for our chat UI to access and use the microphone unless you set it to always allow.

We have also recently updated code to allow changing UI language settings to Chinese, Japanese, Spanish, French, Hindi and Arabic to help users who may not be 100%  fluent in English. If using speech to text we do recommend using English as your first option. Speech translations are not very accurate with other languages so this is a challenge for us and we are improving it over time so bear with us as we build out our fuzzy matching voice command logic to work with partial and or different dialects, wording and phrases. We implemented these speech recognition features to really just be a helpful tool or resource.
